Your Role
The Senior Manager for Laboratory Strategy is a pivotal position within the Material Sciences, Lab Planning and Execution (MSLPE) group, which is part of the Translational Science and Diagnostics (TS/Dx) division. This role is essential for ensuring the delivery of efficient and compliant laboratory services that support our innovative pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Manager, you will:
1. Oversee project teams and deliverables, collaborating effectively with cross-functional representatives from scientific, technical, clinical, and regulatory domains.
2. Develop and maintain comprehensive timelines for projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and transparency.
3. Coordinate resource allocation across various functions to ensure projects are adequately supported.
4. Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and capital, while collaborating with legal teams to establish contracts with research partners.
5. Identify potential project risks and work proactively with teams to implement effective solutions.
6. Prepare regular updates and reports to facilitate seamless communication regarding project status.
7. Foster strong relationships with external partners and contract research organizations to ensure project execution aligns with our standards.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in laboratory operations or a related field, along with 1-2 years of project management experience.
- Knowledge of diagnostic lab operations and drug development processes.
- Strong project management skills, with a focus on outcomes and results.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a capacity to work independently and manage conflicts effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
