Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Development: Teach, train, and develop management and hourly staff to ensure high performance and quality service.
  • Business Planning: Develop and implement business plans to improve sales and cost management, ensuring quality products and services.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure proper documentation, reports, and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a multi-unit supervisor with a history of dependability, longevity, and success in supervising managers and working within a corporate structure.
