As a key member of our property administration team, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager with supervision of business operations, coordinating recruiting efforts, and overseeing the Community Assistant Program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the General Manager in supervising business operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the property.
  • Coordinate recruiting efforts, including screening, communicating with candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Directly oversee the Community Assistant Program, including hiring, training, and development, scheduling, and task delegation.
  • Ensure social media is captured, scheduled, and published in accordance with community guidelines.
  • Plan and assist with leasing and marketing initiatives, as well as community events and marketing events with the university.
  • Provide strong customer service, addressing resident needs related to general resident communications, roommate mediation, community standards questions, and violations.
  • Communicate with the facilities team to ensure timely work-order completion, turn-around periods, and resident satisfaction.
  • Conduct weekly staff meetings and plan/host regular staff trainings as directed by leadership.

Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred, or 2 years' experience in the student/multi-family housing industry.

  • Skills in residence life, facility management, leasing and marketing, budgeting, supervision, business administration, public relations, or a combination of business and student skills are preferred.
