We are seeking an experienced and talented Assistant Program Manager to join our Permanent Supported Housing (PSH) team. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Program Manager in the daily operations of the PSH program, including staff supervision, attending community meetings, and developing a full understanding of PSH program contacts.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise staff and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Attend community meetings and engage with stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of program policies and procedures
  • Assist with the coordination of program services and activities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a behavioral sciences field or equivalent experience
  • Leadership experience and experience working with vulnerable populations
  • Ability to develop supervisory experience and skill under the direction of the Program Manager
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows OS, Word, and excellent computer skills
  • 2 years of supervisory/management experience in a social services environment
  • Ability to drive agency vehicles and pass a DHS background check
