Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Provider Network Manager to join our team at Elevance Health. As a key member of our network development team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our provider network through contract negotiations, relationship development, and servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand and maintain our provider network
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with healthcare providers
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Provide expert guidance and support to colleagues on provider network development and management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. healthcare administration, business, etc.)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare provider network development and management
  • Proven track record of success in contract negotiation and management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
