Position Overview:
This role involves assisting patrons in the purchase and redemption of tickets for events hosted at the venue.
Compensation:
The position offers an hourly wage of $12.50.
Benefits for Part-Time Roles:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Process ticket orders received via counter, phone, and mail utilizing various components of the ticketing system.
2. Adhere to established protocols for cash and ticket reconciliations following each shift.
3. Deliver precise facility information and exceptional customer service to attendees.
4. Undertake additional organizational and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
5. Execute other duties as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications:
1. Proven ability to operate independently in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
2. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with comfort in public interactions.
4. Previous experience in sales and customer service is preferred; experience in ticket sales is a plus but not mandatory.
5. Basic proficiency in computer operations.
