About the Role:

Parexel is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Operations Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, available, and redundant services according to Service Level Agreements. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our projects and help drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a reliable network infrastructure for all users
  • Ensure maximum connectivity to essential systems
  • Partner with IT Management and technical staff to evaluate and test network products
  • Define, review, and maintain detailed hardware/software technical standards, especially related to installation, configuration, management, and maintenance of LAN/WAN systems
  • Monitor key system parameters to ensure optimum performance is being maintained

Requirements:
  • 5+ years hands-on experience with Cisco LAN/WAN, Security, SDWAN, Azure Cloud, and Meraki WiFi
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, and Azure Cloud certifications are highly desirable
