We are seeking an experienced Anesthesiologist to serve as Medical Director at Community Memorial Hospital, a leading healthcare provider in the region. As a key member of our anesthesia team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the department's clinical and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide medical direction and oversight to the anesthesia team, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental efficiency, productivity, and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other hospital departments to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate anesthesia staff to ensure optimal team performance.
- Board certification in Anesthesiology.
- Current licensure to practice medicine in the state of Virginia.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in anesthesia practice, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
