Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Male Spa Attendant to join our team at The Greenbrier Hotel. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and organization in our spa facilities.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our spa facilities, including locker rooms, guest bathrooms, and reception areas
* Perform light cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including the removal of soiled linen and the sterilization of spa slippers
* Stock and organize products and amenities in the locker area
* Assist with inventory and reporting of products
* Ensure The Greenbrier experience by adhering to our policies and procedures
* Report any incidents or accidents to the Spa Director

Requirements:

* Previous customer service experience preferred
* High School Diploma or G.E.D.
* Good verbal skills, pleasant, friendly attitude, and outgoing personality
* Ability to lift 25 lbs
* Self-motivated and able to prioritize responsibilities

Working Hours:

* Hourly position, averaging 32-40 hours per week
* Require availability on holidays and 7-day workweek, with some evening hours
* Flexible scheduling, with the possibility of working 10-hour days
