About the Job:
This Medical Coding Specialist position is a critical role at Standard Technology, requiring a skilled professional to ensure compliance with federal regulations and guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical coding and auditing, with experience working with multiple clinical specialties.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough audits of medical documentation and codes to identify areas of non-compliance.
* Develop and implement training programs to educate staff on coding issues and best practices.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve coding compliance and reduce risk.

Requirements:
* 5+ years of medical coding experience (multiple clinical specialties).
* Advanced knowledge of auditing concepts and principles, medical coding systems, and regulatory requirements.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Certification such as CPC, CPMA, RHIT, RHIA, CCS-P, or CCS required.
