We are seeking a dedicated and organized Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the George E. Wahlen Ogden Veterans Home. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive plans of care for facility residents under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed physician.
  • Practice within the legal boundaries for practical nursing authorized by the state for the delivery of patient care and related services.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and family members to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
  • Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse in the practicing state.
  • Understanding of state and Federal rules and regulations governing facility practices.
  • Basic computer knowledge and aptitude to learn company software.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
