Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care in a Med Surg setting, ensuring the comfort and safety of our patients.
- Communicate effectively with the registered nurse to understand patient needs, diagnosis, and any special considerations.
- Promptly report observations, concerns, and needs of the patient to the registered nurse.
- Ensure patient call lights are within reach at all times.
- Maintain a safe work environment, adhering to organization and department safety policies, including standard precautions.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure and certification in Med Surg nursing.
