The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of our IT infrastructure, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies that align with business objectives.
- Lead a team of IT professionals in managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, including network architecture, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of IT infrastructure with business operations.
- Oversee the procurement of IT hardware, software, and services, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and policies.
- Establish and maintain IT infrastructure standards, policies, and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 2 years focused on cybersecurity.
- Demonstrated expertise in public cloud computing and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Azure, CISSP, CompTIA Security +, and ITIL certifications.
- Familiarity with Cloudflare and knowledge of Sitecore Commerce and XP are advantageous.
Education & Certifications:
- A 4-year degree is preferred.
- Preferred certifications include CISSP, CompTIA Security +, and ITIL.
Skills and Attributes:
- Profound understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls is essential.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities are required.
- Familiarity with web technologies and proficiency in Redis is necessary.
- Experience with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST is required.
- Proficiency in IT department budgeting and demonstrated ability to drive multiple initiatives and programs are essential.
- Knowledge of data warehousing tools, ETL, Analytics reporting, middleware, and familiarity with the.Net programming language are preferred.
- Knowledge of Zendesk Help Desk Software is advantageous.
