We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Case Manager/Social Worker to deliver case management, pregnancy counseling, and parenting education services within the Perry County area. This position involves providing essential child welfare services, as well as counseling and support for expectant mothers and families facing crises.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver effective counseling and case management to diverse client populations.
- Develop and maintain current community connections and collaborations, working closely with program supervisors and team members.
- Offer insights and recommendations to leadership regarding program development as needed.
- Pursue ongoing professional development in areas such as cultural competence, social diversity, and therapeutic techniques relevant to job responsibilities.
Applicants must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
For Case Manager or Social Worker with a Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Guidance Counseling, Drug & Alcohol Counseling, or a related field in Human Behavior Science is required.
For Case Manager or Social Worker with a Master's Degree: A Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Guidance Counseling, Drug & Alcohol Counseling, or a related field in Human Behavior Science is required, along with two years of experience in Child Welfare, Adoption, Foster Care, community resources, or care coordination.
