Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our respiratory care team, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with cardiopulmonary disorders. Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures ordered by physicians
  • Administer medical gases, aerosol therapy, and other respiratory treatments
  • Obtain and analyze blood specimens, perform patient testing, and operate respiratory equipment
  • Provide mechanical ventilation, maintain artificial airways, and assist with cardiopulmonary resuscitation
  • Monitor patient response to therapy and document in-patient and departmental records
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current Respiratory Therapist license from the State Board for Respiratory Care
  • NBRC CRT certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 6 months of employment
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment
  • NRP certification within 6 months of hire
