We are currently looking for a reliable technician to assist in the removal of Corrosion Inhibiting Compound (CIC) from various aircraft components, including stringers, structures, and areas beneath the floorboards. Additional CIC removal tasks will be conducted in the landing gear and behind the wings.

Position Overview: Full-Time Aircraft Detailer, subject to Aircraft Availability. Overtime opportunities are available.

  • Your responsibilities will include the meticulous cleaning and detailing of our clients' aircraft and facilities.
  • Interior services encompass thorough cleaning and disinfection of the galley, cockpit, seating areas, carpets, and lavatories.
  • Exterior services involve detailing the aircraft's outer surfaces, including wiping, buffing, and more.
  • Utilize hand scrubbers for effective removal of Corrosion Inhibiting Compound.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail while performing tasks in various positions for 8 to 10 hours daily.
  • Must be medically cleared to wear an N-100 respirator and engage in physically demanding work in elevated temperatures.
  • Reliability is essential for this role.
  • Willingness to work overtime is required.
  • Effective communication skills are necessary.
  • A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are mandatory due to frequent schedule changes.
  • Unique travel opportunities are available for network-wide collaboration.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour

Benefits: Medical, Life, Dental, 401(k) with a generous company match (available to both Part-Time and Full-Time employees), and PTO for qualifying Full-Time employees.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to pass a 10-year background check and obtain necessary airport credentials.
  • Must successfully pass a drug test, including the recreational use of marijuana.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Capable of bending, twisting, lifting, and operating machinery such as buffers for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform general manual labor.
  • No fear of heights.
  • Open availability and flexibility with scheduling are essential.
  • Veterans must provide form DD214 of discharge information if applicable.
