Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Catheterization Lab team at Parkland Medical Center. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support during cardiac procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in providing total care of patients before, during, and after procedures
  • Provide physical, emotional, spiritual, and cultural support to patients and their families
  • Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient delivery of care
  • Triaging patients according to established protocols and maintaining accurate assessments and reassessments
  • Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on health behaviors and disease management
  • Collect and process specimens for point-of-care testing
  • Perform point-of-care testing according to established policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
  • New Hampshire RN license or Compact License required
  • BLS certification required
  • ACLS certification within 6 months of hire
  • 2 years of RN experience in Cath Lab and Interventions preferred
