About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Housekeeper to join our team at Hilton Grand Vacations. As a Senior Housekeeper, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service in our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, including information about resort services, activities, and local attractions.
  • Clean rooms to the highest standards, including stripping dirty linens, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, cleaning dishes in the dishwasher, making beds, cleaning bathrooms and counters, and moving furniture.
  • Report any deficiencies to maintain rooms in compliance with resort standards.
  • Replenish linen and guest amenities as needed.
  • Assist coworkers as requested and utilize self-service technology frequently.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by leadership.
Requirements
  • Ability to perform multi-task assignments.
  • Flexibility to work during different shifts.
  • Ability to communicate (oral and written) with team members and guests.
  • 3-5 years of housekeeping or self-inspecting experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
