Job Summary

Boeing is seeking a highly motivated Electromagnetic Engineer Associate to join their teams in a dynamic and challenging environment. As an Electromagnetic Engineer Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the development of electromagnetic systems and components for commercial and military aircraft.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and document requirements for electromagnetic systems and components.
  • Perform analysis to predict component performance and conduct tests to validate performance.
  • Collect data on supplier and partner performance to ensure compliance to requirements.
  • Support project management by gathering project status data and providing information to support development of proposals.
  • Provide limited direction and conduct limited oversight of entry-level and developing engineers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering.
  • 3+ years experience in EME qualification, design, test or analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree concentration in physics, electrical, aeronautical, or mechanical engineering.
  • Experience working in a laboratory test environment.
  • Experience in commercial or military airplane maintenance and/or modification.
  • Experience or education with electromagnetic theory and advanced mathematics necessary to perform or conduct electromagnetic analysis, design, modeling and testing.
  • Experience in computational analysis.
