Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled System Safety Engineer to join our team at Saxon Global. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a system safety engineer and/or experience as a design engineer at the system-level (e.g. avionics, fuel systems, flight controls, etc.).

Responsibilities:

* Conduct system safety assessments and analyses using ARP4754(A) standards
* Develop and maintain fault trees and numerical probability analysis methods
* Conduct Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and common cause analyses
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety and reliability of systems

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree or higher in electrical, aerospace, or computer engineering
* 10+ years of experience in system safety
* Knowledge of ARP4754 standards
* Experience with avionics systems, propulsion, and interior systems

Preferred Qualifications:

* Knowledge of numerical probability analysis methods
* Experience with common cause analyses
* Strong technical writing and communication skills
