Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Benefits Module Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to end-users on the PeopleSoft Benefits module. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the SDLC lifecycle, including design, development, and testing of system objects. They will also be proficient in reading and writing SQL, SQR, and/or PeopleCode at an advanced level. Additionally, the candidate will have previous State experience and help desk experience. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work onsite at least once a month. The compensation for this position will be based on experience, ranging from $55 to $85 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on the PeopleSoft Benefits module
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the SDLC lifecycle, including design, development, and testing of system objects
  • Read and write SQL, SQR, and/or PeopleCode at an advanced level
  • Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues and improve system performance
  • Communicate effectively with end-users and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience working as a PeopleSoft Consultant
  • Extensive knowledge of the PeopleSoft Benefits module
  • Advanced proficiency in reading and writing SQL, SQR, and/or PeopleCode
  • Previous State experience and help desk experience
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
