Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of designated areas within our client facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain designated areas inside the facility daily, including but not limited to:
  • Lobby
  • Restrooms
  • Breakrooms
  • Offices and/or classrooms
  • Conference rooms
  • Stairwells
  • Parking lot and public areas

Key Responsibilities

  • Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, polish, wash windows, clean elevators/stairs, and empty trash
  • Ensure the highest degree of sanitation and housekeeping is met
  • Remove ice and snow from walkways
  • Keep company grounds free of litter and debris

Requirements

  • You must be 18 years old
  • For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English
  • A pre-employment criminal background check is required
