Job Summary

Polaris Inc. is seeking an experienced Polaris Partner Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion among our dealership partners.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the powersports industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion among dealership partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership partners through regular communication, site visits, and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to dealerships on product offerings, pricing, and promotions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop and execute strategic plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
