Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative serves as the face of Western State Bank, providing a superior customer experience through exceptional, accurate, and efficient service. This role is responsible for delivering a positive and impactful impression to our customers, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and recognize customer needs, and providing solution-based business development and referrals within the bank.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Transactions: Handle transactions with customers in person, via phone, email, or online, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and efficiency in line with our vision, core values, and team guidelines.
  • Referrals: Refer customers to other departments by identifying opportunities to cross-sell and recognizing customer needs and corresponding solutions.
  • Standard and Miscellaneous CSR Tasks: Balance the cash drawer daily, complete required compliance trainings, order supplies, and assist with internal projects as needed.
  • Other Duties: Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
