Rapid City Medical Center is a reputable healthcare provider seeking an experienced Audiologist to join its West River ENT team. This role involves testing, evaluating, and prescribing treatment for hearing disorders in adults and children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnostic Services: Obtain case history, administer diagnostic tests, and determine the nature, degree, and type of hearing problems.
- Treatment Planning: Consult with patients, develop individualized treatment programs, and conduct follow-up sessions to monitor progress.
- Clinical Records: Maintain accurate clinical records and charts as per practice management guidelines.
Requirements:
- Education: Master's Degree in Audiology required; Doctor of Audiology preferred.
- Skills: Effective communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge: Human anatomy and physiology, testing and diagnostic equipment, hearing devices, and programming software.
Working Conditions:
