Smyth Automotive is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused full-time and part-time Counter Parts Sales Professionals to join its rapidly growing team of auto parts specialists. This role is ideal for knowledgeable and energetic individuals who have a passion for automotive parts and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
As a Counter Parts Sales Professional, you will primarily be responsible for assisting customers with their auto parts inquiries, do-it-yourself projects, and auto parts needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must have in-depth knowledge of automotive parts, equipment, and systems.
- Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems is a plus.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt and respectful service in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Maintain inventory and display merchandise in an attractive and orderly manner.
- Restock products and maintain a clean store environment.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license may be required for deliveries to customers.
