The Culinary Specialist will be responsible for delivering a range of services for patient and resident dining, cafeteria operations, and special events. The primary focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction, workplace safety, and the precision of meal orders.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to fulfill each key responsibility. The following qualifications are essential:

  • Experience in food service within healthcare, institutional settings, or similar environments is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required; a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts is advantageous.
  • SERV Safe certification is necessary and can be obtained during employment.
  • Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States and successfully pass background checks and any other necessary qualifications.

Due to the nature of our operations, team members must be available to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
