Position Overview

As a Painter at Dover, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation: Get products ready for priming and the final painting process.
  • Application: Apply primer and finish paint to products within the Paint Department on a rotating schedule.
  • Quality Control: Receive and verify invoices from the paint/shipping supervisor for daily cleaning and painting tasks.
  • Paint Mixing: Accurately mix paint to ensure quality coating for various products.
  • Coating Process: Skillfully coat products with both primer and finish paint to meet company standards.

This position is essential to maintaining the high standards of our production line, ensuring that all products meet the quality expectations of our clients.
