We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team at SolutionHealth. As a key member of our behavioral health team, you will provide comprehensive assessment, treatment, and education to patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed physician.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments and examinations of patients presenting with acute behavioral health complaints.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including diagnostic tests, pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical interventions, and medical services.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interventions and progress.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and support personnel to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement activities and contribute to the development of education programs and services.
- Graduate degree in an accredited advanced practice registered nurse education program.
- Minimum 1 year experience as an advanced practice nurse.
- Current certification by a national certifying body for Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP-BC).
- Current RN and APRN license to practice in the state of New Hampshire or eligibility to obtain such license prior to date of hire.
