Job Overview

The Pillars is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Services Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean assigned areas according to company standards and within required time frames, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all.
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance: Perform a variety of cleaning activities, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing, as well as replenishing supplies and transporting trash and waste to disposal areas.
  • Equipment and Supply Management: Stock, organize, and maintain housekeeping carts and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and easily accessible.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and visitors, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals, communicating effectively and maintaining a positive attitude.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with prior experience in a similar role highly desirable.
  • Skills and Abilities: Ability to work with little supervision, maintain a high level of performance, and work quickly without compromising quality; ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 20 pounds unaided.
