We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Coordinator to join our team at the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with customer service and management of the customer experience.
- Monitor and ensure client requirements are followed.
- Schedule CM initial visits with customers and educate them on the process.
- Review and validate project file documentation.
- Confirm with CM project scope of work is complete and maintain customer and client communications.
- Support CMs in ensuring customer and client agreement on scope and estimate.
- Ensure all paperwork is complete with customers and clients.
- Issue POs based on project budget and acquire proper permits as necessary.
- Schedule inspections with building departments and update project schedules and timelines.
- A minimum of two years of business experience.
- Working knowledge of current business software technologies.
- Superb customer service, administrative, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate math skills.
- Experience in the restoration and/or construction industry preferred.
This is a largely sedentary role in an office environment. However, some filing is required, which may involve lifting files, opening filing cabinets, and bending or standing on a stool as necessary.
CompensationThis is a full-time position, working 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. This position may require longer hours in support of emergency services, and some flexibility in hours may be needed dependent upon the business needs.
Compensation: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour.
