Relocation Program Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Relocation Program Assistant to join our Housing Opportunities Unlimited team. The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience working with diverse populations, and a keen sense of creativity when solving problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support relocation efforts by conducting surveys, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication between HOU, Property Management, clients, and residents.
- Develop and maintain accurate records, update databases, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Assist residents with relocation preparations, arrange for moves, and collaborate with vendors to ensure successful relocations.
- Represent HOU at local events, conferences, and meetings to promote the organization's mission and programs.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 1+ year of experience in relocation services, social services, or customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and basic knowledge of database applications.
- Ability to work independently, think creatively, and adapt to changing circumstances.
Compensation
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $50,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
