We are seeking a dedicated Billing Operations Analyst for our esteemed client, a prominent global exchange. This role is situated within the Paid Social division and is classified as a hybrid, W2 contract. Candidates must be W2 employees of Aegistech (no Corp to Corp arrangements allowed).
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the billing processes and operational functions related to paid social initiatives. This position requires exceptional attention to detail and proficient written communication skills.
As a Billing Operations Analyst, you will facilitate and coordinate communications among internal and external stakeholders to guarantee that all campaigns operate seamlessly and that invoicing and payments are executed punctually. You will collaborate with leaders from various business units, as well as platform and internal finance teams.
This role necessitates a strong communicator with meticulous attention to detail. The right individual will exhibit a proactive attitude and possess the capability to manage diverse stakeholders across multiple time zones. You will report directly to the Head of Paid Social.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee Monthly Billing Operations: Manage communications between platform accounts receivable teams, internal accounts payable teams, and marketing teams, ensuring that all monthly invoices across social platforms are processed and paid promptly.
- Support Campaign Initiation: Collaborate with both internal and external parties to assist in the setup of campaigns. Ensure that all content is verified, proofread, and has received the necessary approvals.
- Reporting Duties: Aid in the preparation of reports, ensuring that they are delivered accurately and on time to all relevant stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Entry-level position requiring up to 2 years of experience, along with a foundational understanding of accounts payable management systems (such as Coupa or similar).
- Highly organized with the ability to track and manage monthly invoices across various stakeholders, including outstanding invoices from previous months.
- Excellent Written Communication Skills: Essential for effective interaction with all stakeholders involved in campaign billing, execution, and setup.
