Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of glaziers on large-scale commercial construction projects
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to deliver successful projects
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment
  • Manage and maintain equipment, tools, and vehicles to ensure optimal performance
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience as a superintendent in the glazing industry
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
  • Experience with rigging, layout, and ProCore, BIM360, Plangrid, and Bluebeam software
