Job Title: Field Superintendent

A seasoned mechanical contractor is seeking a Field Superintendent to spearhead their Carolinas Market operations. This key role oversees construction field installation activities, focusing on labor productivity, quality, and timely installations. The successful candidate will work closely with the project team to ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Oversee construction field installation activities, prioritizing labor productivity, quality, and timely installations.
•⁠ ⁠Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure effective coordination and execution.
•⁠ ⁠Manage and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure high-quality work and timely completion.
•⁠ ⁠Develop and implement strategies to improve labor productivity and quality control.
Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience in construction field management, preferably in the mechanical installation sector.
•⁠ ⁠Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
•⁠ ⁠Ability to travel between sites and work in a fast-paced environment.
