Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Responding to consumer requests for cash offers on their vehicles, utilizing strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Processing online offers for customers, ensuring seamless transactions
  • Performing web-based searches for vehicle acquisition opportunities, identifying potential leads
  • Collaborating with sales managers to explore Service Lane acquisition opportunities, driving revenue growth
  • Setting and tracking sales goals, leading the team to achieve and exceed quotas
  • Closing acquisitions, navigating objections, and adhering to company standards
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in customer service, call center techniques, and sales
  • Ability to make outbound calls in high volume, setting appointments and closing deals
  • Non-confrontational approach when negotiating pricing, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Attention to detail when completing paperwork, maintaining accuracy
  • Basic computer, smartphone, and tablet proficiency
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
