Key Requirements

  • All staff operate in client homes, community settings, or outpatient offices
  • A valid driver's license and current auto insurance are mandatory
  • Reliable transportation is essential
  • Must successfully pass comprehensive background checks and drug screenings
  • Availability during daytime and early evening hours is required (weekend availability is a plus)
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality are crucial
  • High levels of enthusiasm and energy are expected
  • Must hold credentials as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst

New BCBAs may inherit an existing caseload or have the opportunity to build their own, with encouragement to develop areas of special interest that can enhance stakeholder engagement.
