Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Lead Autism Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for leading and guiding our team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in providing high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and guide RBTs in providing individualized care to patients, ensuring effective implementation of treatment plans.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to patients' families and caregivers, fostering a collaborative approach to care.
  • Cultivate strong communication and collaboration with our Programming BCBA, ensuring effective Protocol Modification.
  • Embrace a dynamic role by performing additional duties as assigned by the Director of Clinical Integration.
Requirements
  • Obtain a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) status in the state of practice if mandated.
  • Show proficiency in implementing ABA principles and methodology, encompassing skill acquisition strategies and behavior reduction strategies.
  • Work Environment: The Lead Autism Care Specialist will work in a variety of environments, including but not limited to the therapy clinic; the patient's home or school; and other community locations on an as needed basis.
