Job Overview
The Cannabis Retail Specialist plays a crucial role in assisting customers on their cannabis journey by offering education on product benefits and potential effects. This position requires a deep understanding of various cannabis products to ensure customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, guests, and colleagues.

  • Assist management with returns in compliance with company policies.
  • Efficiently prepare and process patient orders.
  • Adhere to Trulieve's policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the reception team to enhance customer interactions.
  • Resolve product or device issues for customers.
  • Document customer feedback and concerns accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Additional Responsibilities
As a Cannabis Retail Specialist, you may also take on roles such as Delivery Associate or TruHost, which include verifying product orders, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining a welcoming environment for customers.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years old (or 18 in specific states).
  • Prior cash handling experience is necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must pass a comprehensive background check.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 25 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods.
  • Must have visual acuity to perform job duties effectively.
