Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the US CBP and Associated Agency Markets. As a key member of our Security Enterprise Solutions Group, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building relationships with customers, and developing strategies to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve booking revenue plans and set objectives for distributors and representatives to meet desired revenue goals.
  • Manage a rolling twelve-month bookings pipeline and plan a thirty-six-month sales funnel for the region.
  • Qualify and direct sales activities for sales agents in the assigned region, ensuring compliance with corporate/division guidelines.
  • Understand and assimilate the latest technologies and market data to create account propositions and competitive solutions for high-value opportunities.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 8+ years of related business development experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Aviation sales experience and domain expertise.
  • Proven track record of winning new business and pipeline management across multiple customer organizations and program offices.
  • Ability to work in a matrixed organization and travel up to 50% per month.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in TSA and Aviation markets is a plus, as is the ability to obtain a secret clearance.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $87,100 - $157,450 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
