Key Responsibilities
  • Set up meeting and banquet rooms according to event specifications, ensuring all equipment, furniture, and materials are correctly placed and arranged to meet the guests' needs.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the banquet rooms, adhering to high standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with other Banquet Team members to ensure seamless event execution, providing exceptional service to our guests.
  • Assist in the tear-down and pack-up of banquet equipment and event materials, ensuring efficient and timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with previous experience in banquet services set-up or a similar role preferred.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods, with a strong focus on physical stamina and endurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required to meet the needs of our events.
