Position Overview

We are seeking motivated Field Sales Consultants in the Cincinnati metro area. In this role, you will educate homeowners about their rights regarding storm damage related to roofing, siding, and gutter projects, ensuring they protect their most valuable investment at a fraction of retail costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through targeted canvassing, referrals, and networking.
  • Manage and optimize your assigned territory.
  • Conduct thorough exterior property inspections to identify storm damage.
  • Convert inspections into filed claims and signed contracts.
  • Collaborate with insurance adjusters on-site.
  • Collect payments and insurance deductibles from homeowners.
  • Obtain referrals from satisfied customers.
  • Build trust and rapport with homeowners by delivering exceptional service.
  • Educate customers on industry standards, products, and company policies.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline using our CRM system.
  • Communicate regularly with sales leadership and office staff.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings.
  • Adhere to company sales systems and processes.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven full-cycle sales experience preferred.
  • Must possess a reliable vehicle with insurance coverage.
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to use a smartphone for business purposes.
  • Familiarity with the industry is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM platforms is required.
  • Self-sufficient and able to work independently.
  • Commitment to personal career development and achieving goals.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Preferred age of 21 years or older for insurance purposes.
