Position: Market Executive Assistant


As a Market Executive Assistant, you will engage with customer loan applicants to gather essential information regarding their loan requirements. Your responsibilities will include taking loan applications, processing loans using the Laser Pro system, and finalizing loans in the absence of the Market President or Senior Loan Officer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review all loan documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain current commercial loan files to minimize documentation exceptions.
  • Act as Executive Secretary for the Market President and/or Senior Loan Officer.
  • Manage special projects and coordinate the preparation of Advisory Board Reports.

A high degree of trust and diplomacy is essential, along with standard courtesy and tact. This role involves extensive personal interaction and may require motivating or influencing others. Building and nurturing relationships with external contacts is crucial for success.

Experience in commercial loan processing is advantageous.
