- Communicate with birthday party patrons via email and phone.
- Help with staffing logistics, including staff availability and communication.
- Coordinate and lead parent tours of the facility.
- Assist with payment review and processing.
- Attend and support quarterly birthday party staff meetings.
- HS Diploma; Bachelor's preferred.
- Prior experience in an office environment.
- Strong communication skills, phone etiquette, proficiency in computer systems, and excellent customer service skills.

Per Diem Compensation Range: $16 - $22/hour. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
