Exciting Opportunity for Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (PT/Hourly)

A prestigious healthcare organization, in partnership with a prominent medical group, is on the lookout for a talented Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to become part of their latest initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with a committed team in a Level II NICU featuring 18 beds
  • Managing approximately 2300 deliveries each year
  • Overseeing an average daily patient census of 9
  • Current Level II NICU with aspirations to advance to Level III
  • Providing care for high acuity admissions and addressing decreasing gestational age over time
  • Working alongside a 2 MD model, ensuring in-house coverage during the day and on-call duties
  • Guaranteeing continuous coverage by NNPs within the facility

Qualifications:

  • Possession of an active TX license is essential
  • Must hold a valid APRN national specialty certification
  • A minimum of a master's degree in the relevant field is required
  • Previous experience in a comparable role is necessary
