Job Summary

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Midland, Texas. As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, you will work collaboratively with our Neonatologists to provide exceptional care to newborns and their families in our Level II NICU.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to newborns and their families in the NICU
Collaborate with Neonatologists to develop and implement individualized care plans
Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of newborns
Develop and implement treatment plans to address the medical and emotional needs of newborns and their families
Educate families on newborn care and provide emotional support

Requirements

Current APRN national specialty certification
Minimum of a master's degree
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
