Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist I

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist I to join our team at Mass Markets. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment life-cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals
  • Screen and interview candidates to ensure the best fit for our company culture and job requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including creating job postings, scheduling interviews, and extending job offers
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and implement recruitment strategies and processes
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including candidates, hiring managers, and employees

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment processes and achieving hiring goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
