Candidate Profile/Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as youth ministry, psychology, or similar is preferred; however, we are open to training the right candidate who demonstrates a strong commitment to ministry and has relevant experience, such as youth ministry, camp counseling, or residential care.
- A background check and a reference from a pastoral or ministerial leader are mandatory.
- Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess a clean driving record for the past three years.
