Role Overview
Examination Supervisors play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of the testing process. They are tasked with preparing examination environments, monitoring test-takers, and ensuring adherence to established protocols throughout the examination period.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting up examination rooms before tests commence
- Documenting attendance of participants as required
- Distributing test materials and providing clear instructions (including time constraints)
- Addressing any inquiries from test-takers to the best of your knowledge
- Monitoring participants to prevent any form of dishonesty
- Ensuring that only authorized materials are utilized during assessments
- Adhering to protocols when test-takers request to leave the room (e.g., for restroom breaks)
- Reporting any unusual behavior following established guidelines
- Collecting completed examinations at the end of the allotted time or as they are finished
Qualifications
- Unwavering integrity and a strong commitment to upholding ethical standards
- At least three references that can confirm your honesty and integrity
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities
- Understanding of standard examination practices and procedures
- Willingness to comply with all established protocols and procedures
- Availability for flexible scheduling during standard business hours
- Possession of a Master's degree or current enrollment in such a program
