Job Summary

Full Pipeline Staffing LLC is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee the field and project team for multifamily construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial construction, specifically in wood framing superintendent roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Effectively coordinate and manage the project team to ensure timely completion and quality of work.
  • Client and Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, project team members, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and governmental bodies.
  • Project Setup and Logistics: Handle project setup, site logistics, field coordination, and project scheduling.
  • Document Review: Scrutinize all project documents for feasibility and content, including shop drawings.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with building inspections, subcontractor inspections, and relevant agencies to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations for subcontractors and address any performance concerns promptly to ensure delivery of commercial objectives.
  • Project Sequencing and Temporary Works: Develop project sequencing logic and identify and manage associated temporary works.
  • Safety Protocols: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of safety protocols for all aspects of the site, including pre-planning, construction activity monitoring, and corrective action implementation for non-compliant work.
  • Project Meetings: Conduct or participate in project staff meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilize PM and scheduling software proficiently to manage projects efficiently.
  • Professional Development: Remain updated on professional and technical knowledge by attending educational events, reviewing publications, establishing professional networks, and engaging in professional societies.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a superintendent, preferably in multifamily construction.
  • Education: Preferably a four (4) year degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and related construction software, working knowledge of Procore and Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
